現在のGoogleアプリ（メール、ドライブなど）が卒業/退職後もずっとそのまま利用できます
You can now keep using your Tohoku University affiliated address even after you leave the University
2021年4月1日より、在学/在職時に利用していたGoogleアプリが、卒業/退職後も、同じ環境で利用できるようになりました。
卒業/退職後も、同級生や仲間たち、そして東北大学と「つながる」ツールとして、ぜひGoogleアプリを活用してください。
Your Tohoku University address for google can now be used even after you graduate or after your employment term has finished.
The University hopes this will help the Tohoku University family stay closer together.
- 対象：
- 学生
- 2020年度卒業・修了生から（非正規学生等は対象外）
- 教職員
- 職員就業規則、再雇用職員就業規則、特定有期雇用職員就業規則に該当する者のうち、令和3年3月31日以降に退職する者
- 利用範囲：
- Gmail、Chrome、ドライブ、チャット、Meet、カレンダー、Keep、Jamboard（※Google Classroomは使用できません。）
- 運用開始：
- 2021年4月1日～
- ドメイン名：
- 〇〇＠alumni.tohoku.ac.jp
（＠マーク前は、在学/在職時と同様です。） - メルマガ配信：
- 月に１度、萩友会より東北大学メールマガジンを配信します。卒業/退職後も、東北大学の「今」をぜひご覧ください。
（その他、大学からの各種情報も不定期で配信予定です。）
- Who can use：
- Students
- Students who have graduated from 2020 onwards (excluding exchange or non-regular students)
- Faculty and staff
- Employees falling directly under the employment regulations of Tohoku University who leave after March 31, 2021
- For use with：
- Gmail、Chrome、Drive、Chat、Meet、Calendar、Keep、Jamboard（※Google Classroom is not available.）
- Start Date：
- April 1, 2021～
- Domain name：
- ○○@alumni.tohoku.ac.jp
(the part before the @ mark will be the same as when you were a student/employee) - Enewsletter：
- A monthly newsletter will be sent to you. Please use it to keep abreast of the latest ongoings at Tohoku University.
ドメイン切替イメージ
DCメールサービス（Google Workspace）／東北大メールサービスについては、卒業・修了後および退職後に「生涯メールサービス」に自動的に移行されます。
移行手続きには、学位記授与式のあった月の末日／退職日を起算日として、30日間かかりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。また、移行手続き期間中はDCメールサービス／東北大メールサービスを引き続きご利用いただけます。
DC Mail Service (Google Workspace)/Tohoku University Mail Service will be automatically transferred to "Lifetime Mail Service" after graduation/
completion and retirement.
Please note that the transition process will take 30 days starting from the last day of the month in which your degree conferment ceremony took place/retirement. You can continue to use the DC Mail Service and Tohoku University Mail Service during the transition period.
留意事項：
- 在学/在職時に使用していたアプリおよびその使用履歴は、そのまま引き継がれます。
- メールアカウントが〇〇@alumni.tohoku.ac.jp に切り替えられた後も、在学/在職時のアドレス（在学/在職時に設定していた別名アドレス含む）は別名アドレス（メールエイリアス）として保存されますので、継続してメール受信が可能です。（ただし送信は不可）
- ドメイン切替後のログインIDは、新メールアドレス（〇〇＠alumni.tohoku.ac.jp）となります。
（パスワードはご自身で変更されない限り、変更されることはありません。） - 在学時同様、年に1度のセキュリティ教育の受講が必須です。詳細は、追ってメールでお知らせしますので、必ず受講をお願いします。
Things to keep in mind：
- All of your email history will be accessible.
- All emails sent to your previous address will automatically be sent to your new one.
- Once your domain name is changed to ○○@alumni.tohoku.ac.jp, it will become your login id for all affiliated Google Apps.
（Your password will remain the same unless you change it yourself） - Once a year you will be sent the link for a digital security training course. Please undertake the training.
